Agave americana is a very hardy succulent plant that with time will get massive! They live anywhere from 10-30 and then once they reach maturity they will bloom once before dying and will send out an inflorescence that can reach over 30′ in height! That is why they are commonly known as “Century Plant”.
These plants are offshoots that formed through the act of pseudovivipary on the inflorescence of one of our customer’s plant that had bloomed and then they generously gave to us to grow! #EveryPlantHasAStory
